By using TPee you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
TPee helps you find restrooms using information contributed by its community. Listings can be incomplete, out of date or wrong — hours change, restrooms close, and access rules vary. Use your own judgement, follow posted rules and respect private property. TPee is provided "as is", without warranties, and we aren't responsible for the condition, availability or safety of any restroom listed.
Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure, and don't create accounts to manipulate points, confirmations or reports.
Your contributions
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give TPee a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example, resizing photos) and distribute it as part of the service, including after you delete your account for restrooms you added. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it follows the community guidelines.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, and we may reverse points earned through contributions that turn out to be wrong or abusive.
Points and badges
TPee Points, levels and badges recognise contributions. They have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.
Acceptable use
Don't post access codes, personal information about others, illegal content, spam or misleading listings. Don't scrape the service, interfere with it, or try to get around its security or rate limits.
Changes and ending
We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. If the change is significant, we'll tell you in the app. You can stop using TPee and delete your account at any time.
