Do customers need the TPee app to report a problem?
No. They scan the QR sign in your restroom and report in a few taps from their phone's browser. TPee app users can also report from your listing.
Will you tell us who reported a problem?
No. Your team sees the problem, the restroom and any note or photo, never the customer's identity. That keeps reports honest and customers comfortable.
How do cleaners get tasks?
They join your team with their own TPee account and get push notifications in the TPee iPhone app, where they acknowledge, start and resolve each task and complete the checklist.
Does TPee for Business change our public rating?
No. Paying never changes reviews or scores. You can respond publicly to reviews, marked "Response from Business", and suggest corrections that a TPee moderator reviews.
